No hidden surprises. Our contracts do not include an inflation clause meaning the prices are final and will not increase over time, no matter what. You know exactly how much you will pay from the start.

50% – 50%
1.
Upon signing the preliminary purchase agreement, you pay 50% of the apartment price.
2.
After the occupancy permit is issued, you pay the remaining 50% of the apartment purchase price.
With this financing method,  you receive a 10% discount on the apartment price.

Financing
15% – 85%
1.
Upon signing the future purchase agreement, you pay 15% of the apartment's price.
2.
After final approval, you pay the remaining 85% of the apartment's purchase price.
With this financing method,  you receive a 5% discount on the apartment's price.
